Husky Bracelet Fundraiser

Help Us Rebuild Their Home

We need your help!

Support Our Huskies with a Bracelet

At Eagle Heights Wildlife Foundation, our rescued husky dogs hold a special place in our hearts—and in yours. Each one has a story.

Our huskies have come to us from all walks of life, many facing truly desperate circumstances. Some have arrived after their owners experienced domestic violence, ill health, or even death. Others were at risk of euthanasia simply because a suitable home couldn’t be found. We also welcome dogs affected by relationship breakdowns, undisclosed health conditions requiring lifelong care, and even those whose families had to emigrate.

But here, they’ve finally found what every animal deserves—a safe, loving, and secure forever home. Now, we need your help to give them the future they truly deserve.

Why We Need You

Our huskies’ kennels are showing their age and urgently need rebuilding. We want to provide these wonderful dogs with the comfort, warmth, and security they’ve always deserved—but as a non-profit, we simply can’t do it alone.

Ziggy's Story

Ziggy is one of Eagle Heights’ most heartwarming rescue tales. On a cold New Year’s Eve in Eltham, South East London, Ziggy—a tiny husky puppy—was found abandoned, left out in the cold and all alone. He was barely old enough to be away from his mother, shivering and scared. Thankfully, a local vet discovered him and reached out to us for help.

When Ziggy first arrived, he was terrified and mistrustful of people. He cowered in corners, flinched at every gentle hand, and had clearly learned that the world could be a harsh place. But the team at Eagle Heights was determined to show him kindness, patience, and love.

It took weeks of gentle care: warm bedding, regular meals, and quiet reassurance from the staff. Slowly, Ziggy began to trust again. The turning point came one morning when he wagged his tail for the first time—a tiny but powerful sign of hope. Soon after, he started to play, accepted toys, and even rolled over for belly rubs.

Today, Ziggy is a completely different dog. He’s confident, friendly, and full of personality—bounding up to greet visitors and enjoying life as part of the husky pack. His transformation is a testament to the power of compassion and the impact that every supporter and visitor has at Eagle Heights.

Every experience voucher, adoption, and donation helps animals like Ziggy get a second chance and a loving home. His story is a reminder that, even when things look bleak, hope and kindness can change everything.
